This policy applies to the Soukai LLC corporate website at getsoukai.com. Product-specific privacy practices are governed by each product’s own privacy policy.
Information this website intentionally collects
This website does not provide accounts, a contact form, advertising, or cookies intentionally set by Soukai LLC. It does not ask visitors to submit personal information through the website.
Limited website analytics
Soukai uses limited first-party website analytics to understand page visits and marketing-source effectiveness. The website may send a page path, referring hostname, allowlisted UTM campaign parameters, and a store-click destination when a visitor selects an official store link. Events are sent through Soukai's backend and processed using PostHog.
These analytics events do not intentionally send full referrer URLs, page query strings, IP addresses to PostHog, user-agent strings, or persistent user identifiers. The tracking implementation does not use cookies, localStorage, or sessionStorage.
If you email Soukai at support@getsoukai.com, you voluntarily provide information through your email message. We use that information to respond to your inquiry.
Hosting and technical data
Hosting and infrastructure providers may process ordinary technical request data needed to deliver and secure this website, such as IP address, browser information, and request logs. Soukai LLC does not claim that infrastructure providers collect no technical data.
